The modules are presented by experienced Specialist Palliative Care Clinicians and Educators who use a variety of teaching methods including video clips and case-based group work. Workbooks are sent out electronically in advance and a short post session reflection is required before certificates are issued.

We would encourage you to attend the Essence of Palliative Care (hence multiple date availability) as this covers holistic assessment and referral to Hospice/Specialist Palliative Care services. The other modules are “Pick and Mix”- you may choose any topic. Many choose to complete the whole programme and in recognition of this achievement, they receive a badge and special certificate.
