Jeff and Virginia Poole and Tony Ellis, three 60+ year olds, are living every moment and have cycled 1365km from Picton to Bluff in 18 days, with their aim to raise $250,000 for Hospices throughout NZ
The trio say they were inspired by the 'gutsy determination' of Tony's wife Marlene as she fought aggressive cancer, and by the 'exceptional care' she received from her local Hospice.
